Account Manager

In the ad world, the best account managers are not unlike talented circus performers. At any given moment, they could have multiple “plates” spinning in the air — things like budgets, timelines, client calls, and meetings. And with all eyes on their routine, they thrive on keeping it all from crashing down. We’re looking for someone just like that: someone who can keep their cool in a fast-paced environment, all while delighting our clients with professional, top-notch service. If you think of yourself (figuratively of course) as a super-skilled plate spinner we’d like to pick your brain.

Simply put, we are looking for an organized and experienced Account Manager to join the zag fam. Our ideal new hire will have 3 to 5 years of experience working in the marketing world, with bonus points for time spent in an agency setting. Our new hire will be a pro at organization and multi-tasking. Our account team handles multiple clients, which means ongoing project management, coordinating resources, budgeting, and sometimes finding ways to make the impossible possible.   • Participate in client meetings and strategic planning sessions
  • Support new business by assisting with estimates and proposals for prospective clients
  • Develop clear actions with appropriate deadlines for client deliverables
  • Liaise with media and suppliers to plan and develop media buys
  • Review client time reports on a monthly basis to ensure projects and retainers are on budget

Executive Assistant/Office Manager

Just like a sous-chef in a bustling kitchen, you’ll support our President and CEO and entire team with your leadership, direction and expertise in all areas of administration, as we continue serving up quality work every day (chef hat not included). Even the best team needs some backup. And that’s where you come in.

Streamlining operational tasks? Check. Creating administrative efficiencies and supporting human resources? Yup. Managing tasks associated with internal engagement and communications processes? Definitely.

You’ll not only provide support to our President and CEO with everyday executive assistant functions, but also work alongside our senior management team, reporting directly to our Office Director. Since responsibility is your middle name, you’ll establish best practices for administration programs and procedures. In short, you’ll become our go-to person for all of us here at zag creative. Our ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in administration and internal communications with a degree, diploma or certificate. Have human resources experience too? Bonus! Production Designer

We wanted to post for an Executioner because it sounds pretty cool but we were also a little afraid at the resumes we might see, so Production Designer it is.

zag creative is looking for a someone that can support our design team in the execution of campaign creative, collateral materials, and design projects of all shapes and sizes. The primary responsibility of this role would be to take creative from initial design to production-ready.

Candidates should demonstrate:

  • Ability to accurately prepare and send files for production
  • Proficiency in Adobe CC and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to communicate effectively and present ideas efficiently
  • High level of initiative and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Things that are good to have but not a necessity:

  • Experience with After Effects and WordPress

Part-Time Administrative Coordinator (Summer Position)

We’re looking for a pre-prepared individual to act as the face of zag creative at our front desk over the next three months. We’re in need of an experienced administrator that eats, sleeps and breathes planning and organization.

This organization will be key to keeping the office running but also for being able to jump in and help our highly organized client services team, as these are the kind of people with alphabetized kitchen cabinets. For real.

Social Media Strategist

zag creative has an opening in our Digital department. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping to develop and execute social media strategies, contests and digital marketing initiatives.

We are looking for someone with an intimate understanding of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Google My Business. There will also be plenty of opportunities to learn and work with Ads and Analytics, so a willingness to expand your skills and experience will be key.
