Digital Marketing Strategist

We are in search of someone who is always looking to achieve better results. The person who makes goal-oriented plans that can be systematically carried out to improve performance. Basically, we want the star athlete of the digital world.

As we look to add more optimizers to our digital team, we are seeking an individual that is on top of the latest digital and online trends and that can help devise plans to meet client objectives. If you like tracking conversions, figuring out how to maximize clicks while minimizing budget, and working on web-related projects, read on.

To get to the podium, there are a few must-have qualifications:

  • Ability to create solid strategies using necessary digital resources and ad platforms
  • Experience with managing digital campaigns including setup, monitoring, and reporting
  • Keyword research and analysis is second nature
  • Able to write simple copy, build reports, and provide clients with strategic advice
  • Experience with e-newsletter publishing
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong budgeting skills
  • Proficient in SEO
  • AdWords certification(s)

MVPs might also have a few other standout qualities:

  • Familiarity with website platforms including WordPress, Drupal, and Joomla
  • Experience with programmatic advertising

Account Manager

Agency life can sometimes be as busy as a three-ring circus, which means as an account manager, you’re going to need to know how to juggle projects, walk a tightrope with budgeting, and perform the occasional magic trick.

You know that staying on top of client needs is just part of the equation. In order to join a team of thinkers and anticipators, you need to be at the ready to help implement great ideas by coordinating clients, suppliers, and the zag creative team. You also need to be able to leverage your client knowledge to help provide strategic support.

We are looking for someone that can join us under the big top, jumping in to manage multiple client accounts, budgets, and projects. Social Media Coordinator

zag creative is looking for someone to help us cover social media monitoring and responding for a number of clients during evenings, weekends, and holidays (up to a maximum of 25 hours per week).

Our ideal candidate’s phone never leaves their person and life online is basically an essential part of the everyday. Responsible for monitoring and responding on a variety of platforms for a variety of clients, being able to adapt to various tones and commenting styles will be important. Demonstrated knowledge of clear, concise, and typo free communication is a must.

While there will be limited content development required, the ability to develop engaging content will be an asset.

zag creative is looking to add a digital strategy manager to our busy digital department. We are looking for someone who loves to be challenged, is a non-conventional thinker, a great team leader, and is excited by the opportunity to work with varied goals, budgets, and client base.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Experience managing a team and overseeing the work of others
  • An intimate understanding of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google My Business, YouTube and Google AdWords
  • SEO proficiency
  • Experience creating and maintaining websites including managing the process of fresh builds from initial recommendations and site map planning to adhering to budgets and timelines (coding knowledge is not required but is definitely an asset)
  • Developed and implemented online promotions and contests
  • Led content development and management across multiple platforms
  • Built and managed multi-platform campaigns for numerous clients
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience with e-newsletter publishing
