As a digital dynamo, you are on top of the latest digital and online trends, like tracking conversions, figuring out how to maximize clicks while minimizing budget, and working on web-related projects.

To join our high performers, there are a few must-have qualifications:

  • Ability to create solid strategies using necessary digital resources and ad platforms
  • Experience with managing digital campaigns including setup, monitoring, and reporting
  • Keyword research and analysis is second nature
  • Able to write simple copy, build reports, and provide clients with strategic advice
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong budgeting skills
  • Assist with website development projects in the areas of functionality, SEO and optimization as required
  • Certification in Google AdWords and Google Analytics
  • Experience with e-newsletter publishing

Other standout qualities include:

  • Familiarity with website platforms including WordPress, Drupal, and Joomla
  • Facebook Blueprint certification

Production Designer

We wanted to post for an Executioner because it sounds pretty cool but we were also a little afraid at the resumes we might see, so Production Designer it is.

zag creative is looking for someone that can support our design team in the execution of campaign creative, collateral materials, and design projects of all shapes and sizes. The primary responsibility of this role would be to take creative from initial design to production-ready.

Candidates should demonstrate:

  • Ability to accurately prepare and send files for production
  • Proficiency in Adobe CC and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to communicate effectively and present ideas efficiently
  • High level of initiative and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Things that are good to have but not a necessity:

  • Experience with After Effects and WordPress

Account Manager

Agency life can sometimes be as busy as a three-ring circus, which means as an account manager, you’re going to need to know how to juggle projects, walk a tightrope with budgeting, and perform the occasional magic trick.

You know that staying on top of client needs is just part of the equation. In order to join a team of thinkers and anticipators, you need to be at the ready to help implement great ideas by coordinating clients, suppliers, and the zag creative team. You also need to be able to leverage your client knowledge to help provide strategic support.

We are looking for someone that can join us under the big top, jumping in to manage multiple client accounts, budgets, and projects. Just as no two clients are the same, no two projects are the same either, so we are looking for someone that can think on their feet, enjoys learning, and is always up for a challenge.
